Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Productivity Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to provide high-level support in creating professional presentations, managing complex data, and coordinating key projects. Your expertise with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel will be crucial in helping our clients operate more efficiently and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Design: Create engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the clients message and goals.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including advanced features like pivot tables and formulas, to support client projects.
  • Project Support: Assist in coordinating and tracking client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate insightful reports, offering recommendations based on your findings.
  • Documentation: Prepare well-organized documents and reports that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve client processes and propose practical solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Client Communication: Keep in regular contact with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and actionable way.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
