Dr. Costi House of Beauty Clinic, a leading and reputable establishment in the cosmetic enhancement industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. As the CFO, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the clinic's financial operations, strategic planning, and risk management. Your guidance will be instrumental in driving the company's financial growth, development, and compliance, ensuring long -term stability and profitability while upholding our clinic's commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.   Responsibilities Financial planning and strategy : Develop and implement short -term and long -range financial goals and strategies in alignment with the clinic's mission and objectives. Financial reporting and analysis : Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and provide timely analysis and insights to support decision -making and strategic planning. Budgeting and forecasting : Collaborate with other business leaders to create annual budgets and financial targets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance against those targets, while also engaging in financial forecasting to anticipate future trends and identify potential risks and opportunities. Capital Management: Manage the organization's capital structure and ensure the availability of funds to support operations and growth. This involves assessing capital needs, making decisions on financing options, managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions, and optimizing the use of capital resources. Risk management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, operational, and market risks, and implement appropriate policies and processes to manage these risks. Compliance and regulatory: Ensure compliance with all local financial and tax regulations and stay up -to -date with changes that may impact the clinic's operations. Financial systems and controls: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust financial system and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate and reliable financial information. Leadership and team management : Build, lead, and mentor a high -performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and promoting continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Support business expansion : Actively participate in the evaluation and execution of potential business expansion opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Stakeholder communication : Maintain open lines of communication and strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and financial institutions. Requirements Education & Experience ●       Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; ●       Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred. ●       CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. ●       A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within the healthcare, luxury retail, or beauty industries.       Competencies & Skills ●       Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, to drive organizational success. ●       Strong understanding of applicable financial laws and regulations, including tax planning and reporting requirements, to ensure compliance. ●       Proven leadership skills to build and develop a high -performing finance team. ●       Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions. ●       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders. ●       Experience in using accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient financial management. ●       In -depth knowledge of financial principles and practices to ensure sound financial management. ●       A strategic mindset to consider long -term financial goals while addressing immediate financial needs. ●       Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey financial insights to non -financial stakeholders. ●       Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.
