Position Overview:
=Unforgettable Catering is seeking a dedicated and efficient Cafeteria Cashier to join our team in a factory-like setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking payments, restocking food items, and ensuring an efficient customer flow through the cafeteria line. We are looking for someone who can handle transactions quickly and accurately, maintain a polite and professional demeanor, and adhere to our strict policies regarding cell phone use and drug testing.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments quickly and accurately, maintaining a pace of 2-3 people per minute.
- Assist in restocking food items and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the food service area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer needs or concerns with politeness and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain polite and professional under pressure.
- Strict adherence to the no cell phone policy during work hours.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work morning hours from 8 AM to 4 PM weekdays
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $14 per hour.
- Full-time position with morning hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation: $ $19.00 per hour
