The Human Resources Department at arcenciel is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support its mission of promoting efficiency, fairness, and alignment across the organization. The intern will assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising job descriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in line with HR standards and the organization's overall objectives.

1. Revise and Create Job Descriptions:

- Update existing job descriptions based on structural changes.

- Draft job descriptions for newly created or currently undocumented roles, in coordination with relevant department heads.

- Ensure all job descriptions are aligned with company standards and format.


2. Filing and Documentation

- Organize and maintain employee files and HR documents in both physical and digital formats.

- Assist in archiving old files according to HR retention policies.

- Verify the accuracy of documents before filing


3. Administrative and department Support:

- Maintain HR documentation and files related to job descriptions and recruitment.

- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to related projects as required.

- Participate in Team meetings and collaborate with the HR team.



Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or administrative processes is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team's goals.
