Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel s system.

Manage guest requests, concerns, and complaints with courtesy, efficiency, and discretion.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Ashrafieh and Beirut.

Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B, maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Handle billing, payments, and financial transactions securely and correctly.

Maintain the reception area s professional appearance in line with luxury hotel standards.

Uphold confidentiality of guest information and comply with hotel policies.

Assist with VIP and special guest arrangements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a strong asset.

Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera or similar).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering luxury service.

Work Conditions:

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
