### *Summary*  The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources function within a dynamic and fast -paced Food and Beverage organization. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth day -to -day HR operations, compliance with Lebanese Labor Law, and fostering a positive employee experience across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail -oriented professional with a strong foundation in HR practices, bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, and a proactive approach to administrative and operational support. This role serves as a critical link between employees, management, and HR leadership, ensuring accurate record -keeping, timely onboarding, and consistent application of HR policies. By maintaining confidentiality, efficiency, and professionalism, the HR Coordinator contributes directly to organizational stability, talent retention, and compliance in a regulated industry environment. - - - ### *Responsibilities*  - Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.  - Maintain accurate and up -to -date employee records in compliance with Lebanese Labor Law and company policies.  - Assist in the preparation and processing of employment contracts, work permits, and government filings.  - Coordinate HR -related communications, including internal announcements, policy updates, and employee inquiries.  - Organize and manage HR documentation, including performance reviews, training records, and disciplinary files.  - Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.  - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in preparing for audits or inspections by relevant authorities.  - Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and support workforce planning.  - Provide administrative and logistical support for HR meetings, payroll processing, and benefits administration.  - Act as a first point of contact for employee HR -related questions, offering guidance while escalating complex issues appropriately. - - - ### *Requirements*  - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.  - 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR coordination or administrative role within a corporate environment, preferably in the Food and Beverage or service industry.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.  - In -depth knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law and its application in HR practices.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.  - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy.  - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.  - Proactive mindset with a service -oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
