Capital Partners is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a keen attention to detail. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing information to callers as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the organization's services.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order items when necessary.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
