Our client, a well-known manufacturing company in North Lebanon, is seeking to recruit fresh graduates for their Partially Paid Internship Program in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics. As they continue to grow, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Program Details :
Duration: 9 months
Potential Outcome: Conversion into an employment contract based on performance assessment (after the 9 months internship).
Shift Schedule: A rotating shift schedule is required (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with one day off.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Participate in project planning and execution related to production processes.
Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.
Document and report findings and recommendations to senior engineers.
Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Support the implementation of safety protocols and best practices within the plant.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Qualifications :
Fresh graduates or final-year students in BT, TS, or LT in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics fields.
Candidates should reside in North Lebanon.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
