Job Description: our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in various accounting tasks and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a dynamic and reputable organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations.
  • Assist with financial reporting tasks, including the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in accounting is a plus, but not required.
