Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Document and update customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
