Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Document and update customer records in the database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
