Job Description
As a Security Officer - Media Patrol Agent in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. Your presence and professionalism will support a welcoming atmosphere as you interact with staff and visitors. Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors on site.Document observations and incidents accurately in daily activity reports.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns as they arise.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
