Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Has a thorough knowledge of the restaurant policies and procedures

Appears to work on time wearing the restaurant uniform

Abides to restaurant rules and regulations on grooming and appearance

Participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled by the management

Has a thorough knowledge of the menu items and cooking methods

Answers outside customers calls in a timely and professional manner

Efficiently take customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy

Maintains responsibility for entering all customer orders into the point-of- sale system

Performs up-selling and cross-selling techniques

Insure the customers orders are delivered in the right time.
