Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key modern trade customers
- Lead and execute account planning, negotiations, listings, and promotional agreements
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and account profitability
- Ensure proper in-store execution, visibility, and planogram compliance
- Coordinate and follow up with merchandising teams on displays, promotions, and availability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity within modern trade
Requirements
- Experience in Modern Trade / Key Accounts within the FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Good understanding of merchandising and in-store execution
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
