Job Description
As a Security Officer - Main Entry Oversight in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence will help maintain a secure environment, supported by routine patrols and visible engagement. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the premises.Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals with access-related matters.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.Maintain accurate records of access control activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site policies.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to uphold security-related standards and procedures.Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
