financial protection and peace of mind through a wide range of insurance products and
services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation activities, and community engagement.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and existing insurance coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and assisting with policy renewals and claims.
- Consultative Sales and Solution Delivery:
- Educate clients on diverse portfolio of insurance products, including life, health, accident, & group benefits.
- Customize insurance programs and present tailored solutions that align with individual or business client needs and financial objectives.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions to ensure client understanding and confidence.
- Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals.
- Sales Performance and Compliance:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall team success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitive products, and evolving product offerings.
- Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Professional Development:
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience sales or a similar client-facing sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong desire to work independently and with a "hunter" mentality for new business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems for client management and sales tracking.
- Twenty- Five and above.
- Lebanese Baccalaureate.
- Car is a must
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client risks and tailor solutions.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
