Job SummaryWe're looking for a talented Flutter Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, visually stunning, and responsive user interfaces.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party services
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Collaborate with backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Stay updated on Flutter best practices, packages, and platform updates
3+ years of experience in mobile development
2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVC)
Experience building and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Experience working with REST APIs and handling JSON data
Understanding of performance optimization and debugging techniques
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or WebSockets
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile projects
Experience working in startup environments or with cross-functional product teams
Prior experience with native Android or iOS development is a plus
Work with global startups on high-impact projects
