Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Promoter to join our team in Lebanon, United States. As a Medical Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in the local area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and key decision-makers in medical facilities
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare field
- Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales certifications are preferred but not required
- Passion for improving patient care through innovative medical solutions
