Your Role: The Pillar of Our Financial Precision
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who understands that accuracy is the currency of trust? We are seeking a Financial Assistant to become a crucial member of our global Finance team based in Lebanon. In this role, you will be the operational guardian of our financial processes, ensuring the integrity of transactions across multiple currencies and countries. Your meticulous work will provide the clear, reliable data that drives our international business decisions.
TasksKey Responsibilities:
- Master the Procure-to-Pay Cycle: Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier invoices—from validation and processing to payment reconciliation—ensuring smooth international cash flow.
- Uphold Control & Compliance: Execute precise bank reconciliations and provide vital support for month-end and year-end closing activities, maintaining rigorous financial standards.
- Generate Clear Financial Intelligence: Prepare accurate financial reports and contribute to dynamic dashboards that transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Champion Process Excellence: Proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our global finance operations.
You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a finance support role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas) and practical experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1) – both written and spoken – is essential for collaborating with our global network.
- An unwavering eye for detail, superb organizational skills, and the self-motivation to excel independently in a remote environment.
- A stable and professional home office setup in Lebanon.
Stand Out With:
- Professional proficiency in French (B2+ or higher) – A MAJOR PLUS. This will enable you to seamlessly support our operations and communications with francophone partners and regions.
- Experience working in an international or fully remote company.
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions, reporting, or working with diverse international suppliers/vendors.
- A proactive mindset geared towards process optimization and financial analysis.
