We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our day-to-day marketing and documentation needs with clean, consistent, high-quality visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collateral: social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations/slide decks
  • Produce property documentation materials such as brochure layouts, cheque/receipt templates, and formatted client-facing documents (clean, consistent, print-ready)
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files (correct sizing, bleed, export settings, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver materials on time
  • Edit and enhance images/graphics (retouching, cleanups, adjustments)
  • Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic editing skills on CapCut for reel creation utilizing drone footage and ready-made content

Requirements

  •  Strong design portfolio (digital + print examples preferred)

  •  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and production standards
  • Strong attention to detail (the "one pixel off" stuff matters here)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Basic skills in video editing and/or simple motion graphics (supporting, not primary)
  • Familiarity with ad creatives and performance-focused layouts
  • Experience in real estate or corporate branding
