We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Levant to drive strategic growth across Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq. This senior-level commercial leadership role is accountable for delivering market share expansion, deepening customer partnerships, and strengthening channel performance across the Levant. You will serve as a critical interface between Beckman Coulter and the healthcare ecosystem in the region—focusing on value-based selling, complex deal shaping, and operational execution through direct influence and channel collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Market Growth

  • Own and deliver the commercial growth plan for the Levant region with full accountability for revenue, funnel health, and market share expansion.

  • Lead business development activities across public and private healthcare sectors, identifying whitespace opportunities, expanding the installed base, and driving competitive conversions.

  • Act as the regional face of Beckman Coulter, cultivating relationships with C-suite stakeholders, policymakers, procurement bodies, and key opinion leaders.

Customer and Channel Excellence

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and channel partners to position Beckman Coulter as the partner of choice in diagnostics.

  • Work closely with Channel Partners to co-develop business plans, align commercial priorities, and ensure execution excellence across the region.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Applications, Service, Marketing, and Workflow teams to deliver a differentiated, high-impact customer experience.

Sales Leadership & Opportunity Management

  • Shape and drive the sales process for complex opportunities, including Total Lab Automation, Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, and Urinalysis.

  • Develop and execute strategic Key Account Management plans for high-potential institutions and consolidate Beckman Coulter's presence in target accounts.

  • Ensure CRM discipline and opportunity management excellence via , maintaining a robust and dynamic sales funnel.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and the market, providing insights on competitor activities, customer needs, regulatory trends, and emerging market dynamics.

  • Partner with regional and global marketing teams to tailor positioning and messaging strategies relevant to the Levant.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in full compliance with Beckman Coulter's Code of Conduct, industry regulations, and Danaher integrity standards.

  • Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of successful sales/commercial leadership experience in the Diagnostics or Medical Device industry, with proven track record in managing territories or countries in the Levant.

  • Strong understanding of public and private healthcare dynamics in Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq.

  • Proven experience in managing distributors and/or channel partners.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills; capable of managing ambiguity and driving outcomes in a complex environment.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
