DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to set the weekly production plan with the due dates
- Responsible of the production of all batches
- Oversee and coach his team of operators
- Take full ownership of the water treatment system ( test, machine status, performance and capacity) to make sure it is working properly and within standards
- Print out the production order formulas from the ERP system and update with the exact quantities used
- Set the hygienic rules in the compounding room and train the employees on it.
- Collect and analyse data related to the efficiency of the department (OEE & KPIs)
BS degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry or equivalent
Good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
Hard worker capable of working overtime and extra shifts
