Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time

Supervising the work of multiple teams

Research and develop designs and products

Determine the need for training and talent development

Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams

Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.

Check their team s work for technical accuracy

Coordinate work with other managers and staff

Monitor the performance of equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly

Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and fill reports/checklist

Perform repairs on equipment such as replacing broken parts or wiring problems

Follow up on WO accomplished on site

Repair electrical or mechanical equipment & system

Troubleshoot problems with computers, networks, printers, telephone systems, or other equipment used in business operations

Maintain records of equipment use and repair activity

Coordinate with technicians or specialists to schedule repairs/ensure that repairs are completed correctly

Responsible for training junior technicians on the team

Inspect safety measures during WO

Respect standards & norms during operation work

Management of Subcontractors for achieving required scope, time & quality requirements of each site works.

Exercise substantial initiative/judgement in work methods and interpreting goals

Solid understanding of all people related processes and procedures
