Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic consulting team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for our clients.
This remote contract-based role offers an opportunity to provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base. You will work closely with our internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives.
Essential:
Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in managing and maintaining software platforms
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Project and time-management skills
Good communication and presentation skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently.
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
BA degree Technology, Business or a related field.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
Technical skills including SQL and HTML
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
French language proficiency.
