Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain showroom displays and merchandise presentation to brand standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and footfall
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and team productivity
Desired Candidate Profile

We re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor.

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of experience in retail or showroom management (industry-specific experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • English Language.
