Overview:

As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with our organization's brand and vision. You will work closely with clients, models, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute photography projects across various genres, including portrait, commercial, event, and product photography. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Photography Execution:

   • Plan and execute photo shoots according to client briefs and project requirements.
   • Select and set up appropriate equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and props.
   • Direct subjects and models to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions.
   • Utilize creative techniques and artistic vision to produce compelling and visually appealing images.

2. Post-Production and Editing:

   • Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
   • Enhance images by adjusting colors, exposure, and composition while maintaining a natural look.
   • Organize and catalog digital files to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to assets.
   • Deliver final images to clients in various formats, sizes, and resolutions as required.

3. Client Collaboration:

   • Consult with clients to understand their photography needs and objectives.
   • Provide guidance and recommendations on concepts, locations, and styling for photo shoots.
   • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
   • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

4. Creative Development:

   • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies in photography.
   • Experiment with different styles, perspectives, and lighting effects to expand creative capabilities.
   • Collaborate with creative teams, including art directors, stylists, and designers, to brainstorm ideas and concepts for photo projects.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Maintain and clean photography equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
   • Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary adjustments during photo shoots.
   • Keep abreast of new camera gear and accessories to enhance photography capabilities.
