Job Description
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals
• Create engaging and compelling content for our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and manage our social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure our social media channels are aligned with our overall brand messaging and goals
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our social media strategy
• Manage social media budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Experience with social media advertising, including targeting and ad creation
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies
