Role Specifics and Benefits:
As the LPN in Long-Term Care, you'll perform essential duties including medication administration under supervision, routine assessments, vital signs monitoring, wound care, assistance with activities of daily living, and timely reporting of changes in residents' conditions. You'll support care planning, participate in rounds with RNs and physicians, document accurately, and advocate for residents' safety and comfort.
