Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Tillotek Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. CNAs are responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Provide basic medical care, such as checking vital signs and recording patient information.Help patients with mobility and transfers.Collaborate with the nursing and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.Follow all healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.High school diploma or equivalent.State-specific requirements for CNAs (if applicable).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.Ability to work well in a team.Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
