Responsibilities:
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of collected information
- Follow-up on cases on a daily basis and contact customers via email as well as update the CRM database accordingly
- Manage data and enter record information as needed
- Schedule and plan appointments
- Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues built on transparency

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, IT
- 2+ years experience in a relevant field

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
