Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Paralegals and Legal Assistant - AI Trainer, shaping the future of legal technology by leveraging your legal expertise to train cutting-edge AI models. You will play a vital role in bridging legal processes and artificial intelligence, ensuring accuracy, context, and clarity in the development of next-generation legal tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents to inform and enhance AI model understanding.
Investigate case facts, analyze public records, and research legal precedents to provide context for AI training.
Collaborate with AI engineers and legal professionals to refine data sets and ensure legal accuracy.
Prepare affidavits, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents for model training and quality control.
Organize and maintain electronic legal files to support ongoing model development.
Participate in user testing and provide feedback on AI model performance, targeting continual improvement.
Communicate insights and findings clearly in both written and verbal form with technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar legal support role (e.g., Litigation Paralegal, Real Estate Paralegal, Legal Analyst).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Expertise in preparing and reviewing legal documents such as affidavits, contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and synthesize findings effectively.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with electronic legal filing systems.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience training or working with AI, machine learning, or legal technology platforms.
Bachelor's degree or certification in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
Prior experience in immigration law, litigation, or real estate law is an asset.
