Plastic Technician

DUTIES:

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic processing machines.
• Perform mold changes and machine adjustments as per production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, making necessary corrections to maintain standards.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and escalate major problems to shift leader.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials and additives.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations to the Shift Leader.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and output.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and workstations.
• Follow safety regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized work area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. (TS Degree)
• Language: Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in plastic manufacture industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowldge in plastic manufacturing processes and machinery
