SUMMARY: Responsible for performing basic maintenance applications and assisting janitorial department.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform basic maintenance applications;
  • Perform basic mechanical applications;
  • Perform basic plumbing applications;
  • Experience in floor maintenance including VCT floors and other janitorial duties;
  • Other duties as assigned.
  ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must fill in for other maintenance staff as needed. 
  • Must be able to work flexible, rotating schedule.

  • Ability to work both independently and with groups in a productive and consistent manner;

  • Ability to utilize tools required for basic maintenance procedures;
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds;
  • Ability to work at elevated heights;
  • Good work ethic;
  • Reliability and flexibility;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Must obtain Equipment Certification through company training.
