ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in -person, providing timely and accurate responses to their concernsResolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive outcome and a high level of customer satisfactionProvide solutions to customer problems, either by resolving the issue directly or escalating it to a supervisor or specialist as neededMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolutionStay up -to -date on company products and services to address customer inquiries effectively and concerns Requirements years of experience in a customer -facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively and internal stakeholdersStrong problem -solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide creative solutionsAbility to work in a fast -paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneouslyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferredAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
