Position Summary

Responsible for the analysis, digitization, and integration of services across our digital platforms, including mobile applications, web portals, and third-party ecosystems. Ensures that every service and feature is developed with a clear focus on the end-user experience. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, analyze customer journeys, and propose innovative enhancements that elevate user satisfaction and product performance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Projects

• Identifies opportunities to digitize services end-to-end by working with internal teams and external providers

• Gathers, analyses, and documents detailed business requirements and process flows for digital features

• Performs analysis of user interactions, transactions, and behaviours on our digital platforms to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement

• Collaborates with the UI/UX design teams to refine and optimize user journeys

• Oversees and follows up on coordination with internal developers and external suppliers on new requirements

• Reviews and ensures complete and appropriate documentation of any identified required changes before operational acceptance of new or changed applications

• Monitors and evaluates product performance and target achievement to facilitate continuous iteration and improvements

• Prioritizes skilfully the backlog to ensure swift delivery and ensures non-functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized across all sprints

• Leverages data to shape products throughout their life cycle, ensuring decisions are well-informed and impactful

• Contributes to the continuous evolution of OMT digital products

Quality Assurance & Coordination

• Performs first-level validation of digital features and flows, identifies functional issues; ensures proper coordination with QA for further testing and resolution

• Reviews product requirements and technical specifications to ensure completeness and readiness for QA handoff

• Collaborates closely with the QA team to ensure alignment on testing priorities, timelines, and issue resolution
Validates API and application responses using available tools to confirm readiness for end-to-end testing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related degree

• PMP certification is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proven experience in digital applications and quality assurance

• Proven experience in digital platforms and systems integrations, preferably within financial services

• Experience in testing SOAP services, RESTful APIs, and other web services

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Expertise in backlog prioritization and quick delivery

• Knowledge in API and AWS components

• Understanding of applications, databases, data migration & analysis

• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is preferable

• Experience in Microsoft ERP and CRM products is a plus

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
