Lead the design process fromconcept development to project completion, ensuring the delivery ofhigh -quality interior design solutions.Provide creative direction andguidance to the design team, mentoring designers and collaborating with them toenhance their skills and expertise.Stay updated with the latestdesign trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas intoprojects.Conduct initial client meetingsto understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.Translate client requirementsinto design concepts, creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations toeffectively communicate design ideas.Present design proposals andconcepts to clients, addressing their feedback and incorporating changes asnecessary.Collaborate with projectmanagers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination andintegration of the design with the overall project plan.Create detailed designdocumentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections, toguide the construction and implementation process.Oversee the procurement andinstallation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring compliance withdesign specifications and project timelines.Develop functional and efficientspace plans that optimize the use of available space and align with clientrequirements.Consider ergonomics, trafficflow, and accessibility in space planning to create user -friendly environments.Collaborate with other designdisciplines, such as architecture to ensure a cohesive and harmonious designscheme.Prepare and deliver compellingpresentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, material selections, anddesign intent.Utilize various visualpresentation tools, such as 3D renderings, physical models, and mood boards, toeffectively communicate design ideas and concepts. RequirementsBachelor or Master's degree ininterior design or a related field.Significant experience (typically10+ years) in interior design in the GCC with a strong portfolio showcasinginnovative and creative designs. Strong sketching skills and conceptual ideasinitiation. Proficiency in design softwaresuch as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D modelling software's and Adobe CreativeSuite.Strong knowledge of localbuilding codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication andpresentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients andproject stakeholders.Positive attitude andcollaboration in accepting remarks Proven leadership abilities, with thecapacity to guide and inspire a design team.Attention to detail and athorough understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Working knowledge andunderstanding of relevant international codes and standards and best industrystandard and practice in the region is an advantage.Excellent creative, ideation andproblem -solving skills.Knowledge of sustainable designpractices and principles is a plus.Fluent in Arabic and English.
