From first touchpoint to onboarding, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects who we are as a company.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced, people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and support Calo's continued growth. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with exposure across multiple functions including corporate, operations, product, tech, and retail.

This is a remote role, based in Lebanon.

You'll own end-to-end hiring for assigned roles, act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, and contribute to continuously improving how we hire at scale, all while keeping empathy, clarity, and candidate experience at the core.

What You'll DoOwn the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and teams, from intake to offer and onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, team dynamics, and long-term goalsDesign and refine clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect both role requirements and Calo's employer brandDevelop structured interview plans, screening questions, and evaluation criteriaProactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategiesScreen and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignmentCoordinate and manage interview processes (screening calls, assessments, panels, onsite/virtual interviews)Ensure consistent, transparent communication with candidates throughout the processManage candidate data, pipelines, and reporting through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCollect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the hiring experienceSupport onboarding and collaborate with People & Culture on employee experience initiativesContribute ideas to improve TA processes, tools, employer branding, and hiring efficiencyAct as a brand ambassador for Calo in every candidate interactionWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or tech-enabled companiesExperience hiring across multiple functions (operations, tech, product, finance, creative, etc.)Strong experience leading interviews and managing hiring processes end-to-endComfortable hiring at pace while maintaining quality and structureStrong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, guide, and partner with leadersExperience using ATS platforms and data to manage pipelines and hiring decisionsFamiliarity with modern sourcing tools, social platforms, and recruitment best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWho You AreEmpathetic, kind, and genuinely people-drivenPassionate about candidate experience and fair, inclusive hiringProactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguityCurious and continuously looking for better ways to hire and scaleCollaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionallyEnergized by fast-paced environments and growth challengesAligned with Calo's mission, values, and high-performance cultureThe Hiring JourneyScreening meeting with TA Case StudyInterview with our DirectorCulture-fit interviewOffer stageReady to Join?
