We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Legal Associate to support high volume legal workflows across our operational markets. This role is ideal for a junior legal professional or trained paralegal looking to grow within a dynamic, multi-vertical tech company.

You will manage intake, review, and tracking of rental agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts, ensuring consistency with legal templates and internal policies. You will play a key role in coordinating document reviews, maintaining our legal archive, and supporting the rollout of contract automation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Document Support

  • Review and classify contract requests (NDAs, vendor agreements, rental terms, …)
  • Identify clause deviations and route for internal legal review
  • Draft first-pass agreements from approved templates
  • Prepare redlines and summaries for legal counsel review
Workflow & Intake Management
  • Monitor legal intake forms and manage request prioritization
  • Maintain a contract tracker with statuses, owners, and key dates
  • Coordinate with Ops, Finance, and Government Relations on contract requirements
Legal Archive & Indexing
  • Tag and file signed contracts by geography, vertical, and type
  • Flag contracts nearing expiration for renewal or escalation
  • Work with the CRCO to implement a clause bank and fallback library
Legal Automation Support
  • Help deploy intake workflows using Google Forms or similar method
  • Test and refine contract classification logic and approval steps
  • Support integration of e-signature and contract storage tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related discipline (LLB preferred)
  • Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Lebanese or regional contract law frameworks is desirable
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a legal or paralegal role
  • Experience with coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (Legal, Ops, Finance, HR)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle tools (DocuSign, Juro, Contractbook, etc.) a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a digital-first environment (Slack, shared drives, intake forms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Arabic is mandatory
