We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our remote-first team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to grow in operations and project coordination while supporting global telecom projects.
TasksYour Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will help keep our operations running smoothly and support projects across multiple countries. You will:
- Track and manage mobile lines and telecom services, ensuring accurate records and operational continuity.
- Coordinate with international telecom operators to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure all operational and technical data is accurate and up to date.
- Log and monitor incidents and tickets, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
- Support projects by monitoring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain structured documentation.
- Assist in scheduling team meetings and follow up on action points across departments.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, telecom, administrative support, or customer service.
- Comfortable using systems, tools, and technical data. No coding required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Lebanon and available full-time for remote work.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Some project management experience (tracking deadlines, deliverables).
- Exposure to telecom or technology-related fields.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Interested in continuous learning and operational improvement.
