We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our remote-first team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to grow in operations and project coordination while supporting global telecom projects.

Tasks

Your Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will help keep our operations running smoothly and support projects across multiple countries. You will:

  • Track and manage mobile lines and telecom services, ensuring accurate records and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with international telecom operators to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain internal databases and ensure all operational and technical data is accurate and up to date.
  • Log and monitor incidents and tickets, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
  • Support projects by monitoring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain structured documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling team meetings and follow up on action points across departments.
Requirements

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, telecom, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Comfortable using systems, tools, and technical data. No coding required.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in Lebanon and available full-time for remote work.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Some project management experience (tracking deadlines, deliverables).
  • Exposure to telecom or technology-related fields.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Interested in continuous learning and operational improvement.
