Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual content for brand identity, social media posts, and advertising campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your innovative design skills and contribute to the growth of our clients' brands in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

  • Conceptualize and create visually striking designs for brand identity projects, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Design engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
  • Develop creative concepts and execute designs for advertising campaigns across various mediums (digital, print, outdoor)
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce effective visual solutions that meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into your work while maintaining brand integrity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating your creative vision and rationale
  • Optimize designs for different platforms and ensure they are on-brand and on-message
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social media, and advertising campaign projects
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain consistent brand identities across various mediums
  • Experience in creating engaging social media content for multiple platforms
  • Solid understanding of current design trends, branding principles, and advertising industry standards
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
  • Adaptability to work with diverse clients and industries in a multicultural setting
  • Knowledge of digital and print production processes
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
