Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Company: Sleep Comfort

Location: Lebanon

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Industry Experience: Furniture & Mattresses (Strong Plus)

Job Summary

Sleep Comfort is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of furniture and mattress products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture and mattress products.

  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal space utilization in the warehouse.

  • Prepare regular reports related to inventory, deliveries, and warehouse performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

  • Experience in furniture and mattress industry is a strong advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer skills (ERP or inventory systems is a plus).
