As a Senior Skin Therapist, you will not only be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services, including facials and skincare treatments, but also play a key role in supervising other medical services such as slimming and lasers for our high -end patients. In this multifaceted role, you will be expected to consistently deliver first -class customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our clients while maintaining the clinic's luxurious image. Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Beauty Services: Provide high -quality facials, skincare treatments, and specialized services with a focus on patient satisfaction and excellent results. Personalized Patient Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their specific needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly for a personalized experience. Collaboration for Innovative Services: Collaborate with the beauty services team to develop and introduce innovative treatments and services based on market demands and patient feedback. Stay Updated on Beauty Trends: Stay informed about the latest beauty industry trends and techniques to ensure the clinic remains at the cutting edge of beauty services. Expert Product Demonstrations and Advice: Provide informative product demonstrations and expert skincare advice to empower clients with effective at -home care routines. Professionalism and Hygiene Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Supervise and Coordinate Medical Services: Oversee the delivery of other medical services, such as slimming and laser treatments, to ensure efficient and high -quality care. Foster Strong Patient Relationships: Cultivate strong patient relationships, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and fostering long -term loyalty to the clinic. Smooth Clinic Operations: Assist with appointment bookings, manage inventory, and maintain an organized work environment to contribute to seamless clinic operations. Mentorship and Professional Growth: Provide mentorship and support to other team members, nurturing their professional growth and enhancing the expertise of the team. Continuous Training and Development : Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in beauty services. Optimize Beauty Service Processes: Evaluate and enhance beauty service processes to optimize client experiences and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate for Effective Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate the clinic's offerings and unique value proposition, attracting and retaining patients. Requirements Education & Experience ●       Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Cosmetology, Esthetics and Beauty Therapy. ●       Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. ●       A minimum of 5 years of experience as a skin therapist, preferably in a high -end clinic setting.   Competencies & Skills ●       Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships with patients and ensuring their satisfaction. ●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease and create a relaxing and enjoyable experience. ●       Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast -paced environment. ●       A commitment to staying current with industry trends, products, and techniques, as well as a willingness to attend ongoing training and development opportunities. ●       Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. ●       In -depth Knowledge of Skincare and Beauty Treatments: Possess a comprehensive understanding of various skincare treatments, facials, and beauty services. ●       Analytical and Problem -Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze patients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare treatments or products based on individual needs. ●       Adaptability and Flexibility: Being adaptable to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of patients. Flexibility in scheduling to meet client appointments and manage peak hours effectively. ●       Sales and Upselling Skills: Proficient in suggesting suitable skincare products or additional services to patients based on their skincare concerns, and providing persuasive recommendations for upselling. ●       Professional Etiquette: Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct while delivering beauty services. ●       Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards: Familiarity with health and safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff during treatments. ●       Empathy and Compassion: Display empathy and compassion towards patients, especially those with specific skin concerns, to provide a supportive and caring environment during beauty treatments. ●       Attention to Detail: Meticulously perform beauty services, paying close attention to details and ensuring precision in treatment techniques for the best patients outcomes. ●       Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the beauty services team, medical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless clinic operations and a positive work environment. ●       Client Education: Ability to educate clients about skin care practices, post -treatment care, and product usage to help them maintain and enhance treatment results. ●       Conflict Resolution: Skillful in managing and resolving any patients concerns or conflicts that may arise during or after beauty treatments. ●       Emotional Resilience: Develop emotional resilience to handle challenging situations, long working hours, and maintain a positive attitude with patients and colleagues.
