Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Salesperson who is ready to step in and contribute to our team. Your main function will be door-to-door sales, where you will directly interact and engage with potential customers promoting our products or services. You'll have the potential for high earnings based on your performance.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to actively engage in direct sales by reaching out to customers at their homes and locations. Your strong communication and persuasion skills will be fundamental in achieving sales targets and the overall growth of our business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Engage in direct door-to-door sales and promote our products or services.
- Use strong communication and persuasion skills to convince potential customers of the value of our products or services.
- Handle rejection effectively and continue doing the job with the same enthusiasm.
- Travel to various sales locations as necessary.
- Keep track of sales, feedback, and follow-up on potential leads.
- Maintain the potential for high earnings based on performance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in door-to-door sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills for convincing potential customers.
- Possess a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue with the same zeal.
- Should be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- A valid driver's license.
- Access to a car for traveling to various sales locations.
- Potential to achieve high earnings based on performance.
