Responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of various financial reports. This role requires proficiency in NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) and a deep understanding of financial metrics, as well as the ability to analyze and communicate financial data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage the end-to-end financial planning process using NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), including creating, updating, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to provide insights into key business drivers and trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including Budgets vs Forecasts vs Actual income statements by area, by brand, by profit centre, by location, and other segments.
  • Monitor variances between actual financial results, forecasts, and budgets, identifying and highlighting key drivers of deviations.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Digital Transformation team, to create detailed budget templates and drivers that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-term financial projections.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to gather inputs, review assumptions, and consolidate financial plans.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information regarding the financial data of cost canters, such as manpower planning, marketing and advertising planned events, digital transformation new software implementation and development, site renovation and other projects.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate allocation of expenses across different segments.
  • Implement and enhance financial planning processes and tools to streamline reporting and increase accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the functionality and reporting capabilities of the NSPB system.
