About the role
As an HR Intern in the HR department, you will support various HR functions, contributing to recruitment, operations, and internal initiatives to help ensure smooth and effective people processes. This is a unique opportunity to work on both people-focused and system-driven projects while contributing fresh ideas.
- Support ongoing HR initiatives, including outreach and engagement with external HR professionals.
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Contribute to the review and refresh of internal recruitment tools and materials.
- Participate in audits and help refine HR systems and workflows.
- Help organize internal resources and improve access to key HR documentation.
- Share creative input on enhancing the employee onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the team on cross-functional projects combining HR and tech, with opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management. HR certification is an added value.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR and Office management function.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Basic level in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of the Lebanese Labour law.
- Basic knowledge of the NSSF laws.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- Highly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively.
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions.
