The Role
We're seeking a versatile Accountant who can:
- Manage Accounts & Collections:
- Process invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts receivable
- Proactively follow up on overdue balances and coordinate payment plans
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, CRM)
- Schedule service visits, update clients on order status, and resolve basic billing questions
- Maintain Accurate Records:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget forecasting
- Keep the CRM up to date with customer interactions and payment commitments
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10 years experience in an accounting rolewith exposure to collections
- Background in customer service or call-center environments
- Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with any CRM or ERP system is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic
- A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance numbers and people
