Top Notch Consultancy is offering an exciting internship opportunity in our Recruitment & Operations department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process from A to Z., will be exposed to headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, providing a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities: Headhunting: Assist in identifying and approaching potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.Sourcing: Conduct research to find suitable candidates for open positions, utilizing databases and recruitment tools.Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.Interviewing: Participate in conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Assessing Candidates: Assist in evaluating candidates using various assessment methods and tools to ensure they meet client needs.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and timelines.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.Support Operations: Assist in various operational tasks within the recruitment department, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
