Presales Solutions Architect

Position Overview: We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Presales Engineer) with 3+ years of experience in networking and security presales. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, designing tailored IT solutions, and effectively communicating technical value propositions to clients. Key responsibilities: - Design tailored IT solutions using technologies like Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Trend Micro, and others - Collaborate with the Sales team to develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs and RFQs - Prepare and maintain detailed High-Level and Low-Level Design documents (HLD/LLD) to support Deployment and Support teams - Ensure all proposed solutions meet customer requirements, comply with industry standards, and align with business objectives - Participate in internal design validation and peer review processes Requirements: - 3+ years in presales or solutions architecture with a focus on networking and security - Strong technical knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Trend Micro, and related enterprise technologies - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field - Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP
