Recruitment Specialist

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist on a Part-Time basis to support our hiring needs. The main responsibility is to source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various open positions. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience looking for flexible or remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channelsScreen CVs and conduct initial phone or video interviewsShortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM)Assist in writing and posting job ads on relevant platformsCommunicate with candidates professionally and provide timely updatesRequirements3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (in-house or agency)Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portalsAbility to screen candidates effectively based on job requirementsStrong communication and coordination skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independentlyExperience using ATS or recruitment tools is a plusPrior experience recruiting for multiple industries or roles is an advantage
