Project Manager Position at H.Deco.
 
Job Overview:
  • Job Title: Project Manager – Fit-Out Works (7+ Years).
  • Location: Mekalless, Metn District, Lebanon.
  • Job Type: Full-Time.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural millwork and project scopes.
  • Proficiency in MS Project; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, including architectural millwork.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and safety standards.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead project teams and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare progress reports and project updates.
