At the forefront of a rapidly expanding energy conglomerate, we seek an accomplished Group HR Manager to spearhead our centralized HR function. With an extensive footprint spanning Lebanon, Iraq, North Africa, and Saudi Arabia, our organization requires a seasoned expert to institutionalize group-wide people practices, ensuring seamless alignment across diverse operating markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional labor laws, particularly in Saudi Arabia, with hands-on experience in setting up HR operations from the ground up. A proven track record in leading HR in high-risk environments, coupled with exceptional cross-cultural diplomacy skills, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a unified group HR policy framework, driving consistency in core practices such as compensation, contracts, onboarding, and grievance management. They will also oversee the development of regional talent acquisition strategies, focusing on hard-to-fill technical roles, cross-border recruitment, and employer brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive group-wide job evaluation and grading system to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure labor and tax compliance, particularly in emerging regulatory environments like Iraq and KSA.
- Introduce advanced people analytics and HRIS platforms to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
